Book Studio Time

Here's what you get!

A fully stocked fridge, access to the entire studio (1800 ft2), huge south facing windows, heated concrete floors, full kitchen, private bathroom, 2x parking spaces and an automatic Saeco Espresso machine. Note that we are located on the ground floor. This makes it very easy to load equipment and product in and out.

Please note A fee of $85/hour will be charged for each additional hour beyond the blocks of time agreed upon below. All half-day bookings are subject to a $35 (+tax) cleaning fee (2-4hours). All full-day bookings are subject to a $50 (+tax) cleaning fee (8-10hrs). This is a fee that covers maintenance costs/time and the service of disinfecting all the studio surfaces after each shoot day. Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance. If any cancellations are made within 48hrs of the shoot date, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.
